Caribbean cruising was our winter getaway this year. We chose RCI because of the cruise duration and itineraries; we booked 4 cruises back-to-back totally 42 days. getting away from the Canadian winter's snow and cold temperature is a must for us.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with the service, accommodations, food, entertainment, embark/debark processes with just a few exceptions.

The state of the ship was OK although it is showing wear and is going in for a refit this year/early 2018. Nevertheless the ship was clean, public restrooms were spotless and regular maintenance/cleaning was ongoing.

Cabin Review

Large Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin I

Ample closet space with lots of hangers.

Lots of drawers, mirrors, cabinets.

Luggage fits under the bed freeing up even more space.

Large window providing lots of natural light.

Standard stateroom bathroom. RCI has done away with shower curtains that tend to stick to our bodies and allow water to spill out onto the bathroom floor. These curtains have been replaced with sliding doors.

Our cabin steward, Milinda (from Sri Lanka) was wonderful and attended to our every need; he was friendly, courteous and professional.
