Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

The company who designed this ship didn't do anything about the cabin doors slamming. I know guests, just like hotels, can't fathom that other guests might be asleep or relaxing, I always quietly shut my door.

The ship is noisy, from the decks above (other cruisers) to the scraping of balcony chairs. We were on deck 11, midship.

The cabins are beautiful inside! Nice linens, and plenty of storage and outlets. Great cabin stewards too, who took good care of us!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

CLEAN cabins, and love the shower with footrest for us ladies :)

Modern cabin, with quite a few TV channels and a fridge is in room.

Lots of outlets, including 2 ethernets for cell phones.

Comfortable beds with great linen count!

Very spacious and lots of room on the balcony.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Upon arrival to the ship, it's not organized at all.

Lots of people crowded into terminal with no direction as to where to go first.

Make sure you fill out paperwork as this does speed things along.

This port really needs queues upon arrival.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

RENT a car from Enterprise. They pick you up at the ship, and it costs less then $35 a day. Don't get suckered into taking a "ship" excursion.

We went to NASA and loved it! Drove a bit around afterwards and picked up a case of water to take on ship. (yes, you can take water, they just don't tell you so you'll buy their expensive bottled water)

Nassau

LOVE NASSAU!

We took a ferry over to Blue Lagoon Island (past Atlantis) and it was so cool! A private island owned by a family. Lots of family activities, a private beach, water toys, cool gift shops, volleyball, drinks, and food.

Best part is this is where you can go to interact with sea lions, and dolphins.

The staff were very nice and helpful!

The shopping in Nassau is great, especially the Straw Market. Almost everything is homemade, and they do barter. I bought a hat, bag, placemats, and wooden carvings.

They do kind of haggle you on the streets, just like in Mexico and I've found if you don't make eye contact, that problem is solved.
