This cruise was taken so that my daughter could get a vacation during her spring break from teaching and take my granddaughter on her 1st cruise.

It started out with a letter and a phone call message letting us know that boarding would be delayed due to loading of materials (upgrades are already started). We arrived at the port around 11am and the 1st guy told us to come back at 12:30pm. We pulled up to the next security guard and were told to ignore the "old man" and welcome to the port and go park, lol! We were the 1st to check in the Captain's lounge too. We were offered bottled water and chips to hold us until we could board. We were seated and were the 1st to board and have our picture taken as well! On this ship, you enter on deck 3 (0 on onther ships) and have to take the elevator up. We dropped our bags off in our inside cabin which was already set up with 3 beds and plenty of floor room as they set them up in a U shape. We made our way to the lido for lunch. We got something to eat and explored the ship. We did the spa tour and my daughter was selected to a model for one treatment so I took my granddaughter and exlpored with her. We had lifeboat drill around 4pm. It was long and we actually had to go to our lifeboat as well. Once that was over, the fun began! We enjoyed the sail away party where Kevin Donahue lead a great team in dancing and got my granddaughter involved immediately. We sailed under the Dames Point Bridge then it was time for our dinner. We had early and were seated with another family with kids. We enjoyed dinner with them. My daughter and granddaughter crashed early and I spent the evening in the casino which was not very generous either. We got up early for the Dr. Seuss Parade which my granddaughter and daughter participated in and had a great time. Our granddaughter wanted to go to the kids club so we relaxed and did some shopping and relaxed. This was St. Patrick's Day so we knew we were going to be up late so we all decided to take a nap and didn't even get off the ship in Freeport (no big loss). We got up around 5pm and got ready for dinner and a night of fun. We enjoyed dinner and then dropped our granddaughter at the kids club and arranged for Night Owls for her ($6.75 hr plus 15%). We went to Karaoke with the host Conner. He was great and had a lot of fun. We booked the Pub Crawl which was lead by our own Leprechaun, ie, CD Kevin and started at one bar and went to three others and had a different drink at each. (Coffee Patron & Baileys #!, Green Margarita #2, Green Beer #3 & Jameson & Gingerale #4) We had a great time then there was mega deck party going on. We went and enjoyed that and got our Granddaughter from the kids club to enjoy it as well. After that, we all crashed! We got up early and were already docked in Nassau we decided to go to Atlantis. My daughter and granddaughter did the Digs and I hung out in the casino. We headed back early and did a little shopping before returning to the ship. It was formal night so we all got ready and enjoyed dinner and then a comedy show. We gambled more then went to bed. We got up early and did the Dr. Seuss Breakfast. This was so much fun and the food was really good as well. They had the characters come and the kids got their pictures taken with them and you could take your own as well. We went to the Hasboro game show, played bingo, packed up and had a great day. Our granddaughter enjoyed her last day at the kids club. I forgot to mention they had a Glow Party $15.00 for the kids on formal night and she came out with a backpack, stuffed owl and lots of other goodies as well. They made shirts, bandanas and had a great time! We only went to Epic Rock and it was fantastic! Love that show! We had a wonderful time and would go back on this ship anytime. It does need upgrading as the cabin are really showing the wear and tear but it's going into dry dock soon!

Cabin 4C

Cabin needs updating! Does have a medicine cabinet for storage in the bathroom. Beds were a little hard and furniture is very worn.
