Carnival Glory Review

Just a great cruise. Wasn't sure what to expect because of construction.

It was a significant b-day for me. We went with friends as well. Had a great time Carnival took great care of us even compensated us for the construction on board. They stepped up like a good company should. The cabin was clean a roomy. We had and Aft. Cabin 8th deck with a nice large patio. We actually had an extra large deck due to having our divider opened up. We spent a lot of time out there!!! Sorry neighbors...lol. The dining was awesome as they had an excellent selection of seafood my favs. like frog legs, lobster, oysters Rockefeller, ox tongue just awesome food (many people didn't take advantage but I sure did :-)~. Gained 5 Lbs. oops.

Entertainment was great and had a blast with Eric and his famous pub crawls. The service was some of the best we have had. Ports and shore excursions were very well done. We booked the Laimonai Excusion in Belize at it is fantastic!!! (Make sure you get David as the tour guide he is awesome). We traveled with our 14 yr old son and he had a great time at Club O2 supposed to be for 15+ but he wanted that and it worked out great! I would for sure go again AFTER I lose this extra weight (gotta pay to play). By the way get the Faster 2 The Fun...worth every penny.

Cabin Review

Aft-View Extended Balcony

Cabin 8N

Everything was clean tidy and the A/C was perfect. The only complaint was a couple of cold showers in the morning but it was a matter of timing hot water ran out. But they took care of it promptly. We had a great time with our large deck and blue tooth speaker. Was a great place to watch the sun rise and set. The seas were very calm and the area was quite. There was a bit of noise from the deck chairs on the lido but nothing to lose sleep over.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

Beach day took a cab to Sea Breeze beach spot, snorkeled, drank beer and ate some of the best nachos ever. Best part was free chairs and fast Wi-Fi as long as you eat and drink there and we did some of that "wink". We then went shopping in town and had some fun haggling with the merchants. I think the guy selling the overpriced rings is still mad at me....lol. Can you say Tequila tasting!!!

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Didn't like having to pay for beach access at 7 mile beach but they have to make a living. We shared our friends chairs b/c we are cheap....
