We arrived at the port at about 11:30am and were having lunch on board around 12:30pm. Very easy to embark. Lines move very quickly.
We had lunch at Rosie's as we did most days. Food was very good. Long lines but always moved very quickly. Everyone could always find something to eat. The Deli was my favorite. Loved the Reubans. Enjoyed the chinese food although this staff wasn't as friendly as the others.
We had dinner every evening in the Washington Dining Room. We had a large table for 11. Service was excellent, as was the food. Wide variety of choices. Desserts were excellent. Enjoyed the singing.
Entertainment was better on some nights than others. We enjoyed the dancers, singers and comedians.
Rooms were very spacious. Lots of closet space and very comfortable for four people. Bathroom was a very nice size. Rooms were always kept clean and we always had fresh towels. Staff was very friendly.
Pools were small and very crowded on sail days.
We booked excursions on our own and saved a lot of money. Boatswain Beach in Grand Cayman and swimming with the Dolphins in Cozumel were some of the highlights.
Elevators were very very crowded and two of them didn't even work the entire cruise.
My kids enjoyed the arcade although many of the games were out of order.
The camps for their age groups were very good and the staff again was wonderful.
We loved the casino. Could always find a table to play on and enjoyed having $5 tables.
Disembarking is the worst. We had a 1:30pm flight from Miami. Luggage was delayed and took a long time to get. Lines were very very long and we had to ask to be moved up front of customs so that we could make our flight. Fortunately a supervisor was very helpful with this process and got us out in time to make our flight.
All in all we had a wonderful time. We had three generations of people ranging in age from 2 to 78. There was always something to do for everyone.
