The room service was very good. Ketut our room stuard was fantastic he was extremely nice and very helpful.

The on board experience is marketed as a "Relaxing Family Holiday", this is a total lie. My Wife and I along with our two children and two other family members spent around $9000 for this so called "Relaxing Family Holiday" and when onboard spent more time being spoken to rudely by Staff and putting up with the unsupervised children of "Drunks"! The children where allowed to run all over the ship with no supervision at all while their parents were Gambling &/or Drinking. As for the Staff, after purchasing the so called "Endless Bubbles" package and then purchasing drink containers from the bar they wouldn't refill the containers completely so what was he point!!!!!

The on shore excursions where another attempt to gouge a huge hole in the passengers pocket for absolutely minimal activities. $155 per person for a swim at the beach, a walk through a local market and an hour long bus ride. Great value for money, NOT!!!! Bingo on board was a great money maker for Carnival but a big disappointment for the passengers. While at Bingo on the first sea day we where told that prize values would increase over the voyage, at $35 per person( for 4 line games and 1 full game) and an auditorium with around 300 to 500++ people each occasion it was held. Very disappointing. Then after all that happened I went with one of my sons on the last day of the cruise to purchased a watch for him for several hundred dollars. While doing this I saw a watch that court my eye and decided to purchase the watch for myself. At the counter I was informed that I would have to put more money on my "sale & sign" card to complete the purchase an that the watch would be held for me until later that evening. I went and spoke with my wife when she was finished making a Bear with our youngest son, and then lined up to finalise our account and to put enough funds on he card to complete the purchase of the watch. After doing this I went up to complete the purchase when I noticed that a different salesman was resizing and selling the watch that was on hold for me. I informed him that I had that watch on hold for me and had come to complete the sale, he said no he had just sold it to another person and that, "that was that". To say that he was very rude and not at all helpful would be an understatement.
