We just returned from the Western Caribbean itinerary with 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Even though there were over 7000 passengers on board the week we went, embarkation, disembarkation and the public areas on the ship didn't reflect that. The ship is massive, beautiful, clean and high tech which we loved! With 2 teenage girls with us, our inside cabin was crowded but we did appreciate the extra drawers and shelves and larger shower compared to the Oasis.

We ate at Chops (very good meal), Sabor (terrible meal), the Windjammer (very crowded but good selection of food for lunch), the Solarium Bistro (good, healthy breakfast options), the Park Cafe (consistently delicious roast beef sandwiches, soups and salads), Sorrento's (the girls enjoyed their pizza), had wine and cheese at Vintages (Remen and Christine were great!) and we had coffee at the Cafe Promenade (no mild brew coffees). All in all, the food was good but not great. We certainly did not go hungry!

The entertainment on board was fantastic! After reading all of the complaints about the service on this ship, we were concerned, however, we were usually greeted with a friendly smile and a hello by the crew and most of them provided great service. The only time that we were disappointed in the service was when we were in the Solarium. The Solarium Bar staff was slow and not eager to serve people. In addition, no one came around for drink service when we were on the lounge chairs in the Solarium so this was frustrating. Cat at the Trellis Bar in Central Park provided the best service that we have ever had on any cruise that we have been on! He greeted each passenger by name and remembered their favorite drinks!

Cabin Review

Large Interior Stateroom

Cabin K

The cabin was small for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls but having cruised many times before, we expected this. We liked the extra drawer and shelf space that the Oasis does not have.

Port Reviews

Labadee

We always love going to Labadee but the beach was very crowded!

Cozumel

We enjoyed our day at Nachi Cocom which we booked ourselves.
