I must say before we took this cruise read a lot of reviews. Was a bit nervous as friends of ours were coming as well. This was their first in many years. We have been on this ship before in 2010. Knew issues with elevators and room. Will say straight out we enjoyed our cruise very much as did our friends. Embark went smoothly. Disembark was a bit slow, but with 4000 plus really no issues. Our balcony was mid ship and was larger than normal. We loved our steward - Miguel - always had a towel animal every night. Room cleaned and bed made in a timely manner. We ate in the garden café,O'Sheehans,Cagneys - steak was delicious as well as Taste and Manhattan. We never had cold food as previous reviews stated. Hot and good. People seemed to complain about reserving for shows. Went on different sites of cruise ships and this appears to be the norm on larger ships. The shows were very good - Pricilla Queen of the Desert - costumes were amazing as well as the show. Nobody left before show was over and it was a standing ovation. Comedians were great. When walking past casino - center area is smoke free, so not quite as bad for smoke. Went on the Dunns River Falls tour. This was our 2nd time. loved it just as much. We did the Trolley Roger at Grand Cayman - our driver was very good. For an hours tour we got our money's worth. This was our 6th cruise with NCL and will definitely do another. We went to the service desk a few times and never had an issue at all. Very helpful. As always a cruise is what you make of it. And we made it awesome.
