Holistic Cruise: From the time we embarked it was disorganized. My room card did not work. I got the run around trying to get it activated. We had to run around the ship to get our drink cards, excursion tickets etc. The dining facilities that were supposed to be open were often closed. The vegan dining staff, waiters, buffet manager were rude overall. The vegan buffet was horrible and limited to a few entrees and fruit. Nearly all of the vegan food was seasoned with excessive "mint"or just plain bland. There are many delicious vegan dishes but unfortunately MSC staff does not know how to cook Vegan meals properly. Limited hours to access the vegan buffet. If you came back late from a cruise. Your choice of food was french fries or tomato plastered pizza crust. The meeting points to get to our excursions were very unorganized. We wasted a lot of time waiting around. This cut back substantially on the time we got to enjoy our excursions.

The excursions were nice but were not associated with MSC.

The vegan and holistic lectures were great. Our room attendants Hussain and Oliver were great. I will not attend any MSC cruises in the future. Norwegian is the best choice.
