This was my first cruise and I was very apprehensive of sea sickness. It was great; every experience convinced me to do it again. From embarkation to debarking I was pleased; no sea sickness. The Freedom of the Seas was a great choice: great entertainment, food dining, and service. The security was amazing. I left a jacket in one of the venues, reported the loss to guest services and less than four hours later I went back to check if it was found, and I was thrilled that they had it. It was amazing since it is a very good jacket which I like very much. Overall experience was great! The excursions were good specially Cozumel and Costa Maya. We thought the ports were very clean and easy to get around. Had enough time to do some shopping and get back to the ship to enjoy the other activities we had scheduled, rest and enjoy the evening entertainment. Not rushed nor overwelmed.

Cabin K

Very good; comfortable and clean, though mattress was a little hard.

Good embarkation; easy to get to. We had airport transfers and had no problems at all.
