We chose this cruise to take my parents on a trip. We had recommendations that Viking Cruises were accommodating to travel with Seniors. Included shore excursion were great. We had a wonderful time and Viking is well recommended by us . We toured Barcelona, Toulon, Monte Carlo, Corsica, Florance, and Rome. Meals were very good. We chose to eat in the World Cafe the most. They have a great breakfast, lunch,and dinner. We found this option to be very convienant and service was great. We paid for several shore excursions and really enjoyed each one. The only day we had rain was in Florence and Pisa. Viking provides umbrellas for each couples and we found this to be very helpful. Tour guides were very helpful in each city we visited. Some seem to have special places they bring tourist to either provide a bathroom or recommend places to eat. We did have a 20 min sales pitch in jewelry and leather shop in Florence in exchange for use of the restrooms. Overall a great experience. My parents loved it and had a wonderful time.
