Embankment was a breeze, lines moved fast, got our setsail cards went right on board. We got our luggage about 4 PM. I would suggest that pencils be place on a table to fill out those health forms, they give you forms as to stand in line but no pencils to fill out the form.

The Escape is a super ship. Beautiful. Making use of technology at all elevators in touch screen to find out what is going on, make reservations and such, also your cabin with a in room button just inside the doorway to let your cabin Stewart know when to Make Up The Room, Do Not Disturb and At Home there is small LED lights outside the cabin indicating each. I really like that, no more cabin Stewart knocking at the door. Of course, the on-board app is well like as well for phone or tablet, download to make reservations, text friends on-board, $10 is cost of the text capability, not bad for a week, the app (NCL Concierge) is free from Google and IPhone App stores, just download before getting on board.

On the Escape they don't go around taking pictures on the ship especially like in the dining rooms, pools, hallways I guess they have learn it can be annoying to some guess.

Cabin Review

Mid-ship Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BC

Cabin 11244

Quiet balcony cabin location midship. We also brought a fan to make some noise. Bed and pillows comfortable. We were happy with the cabin. Shower had a sliding door not a curtain which is a plus. The sliding closet door for clothes was awkward to get to, that's the only negative. The AC work very well.
