We were on the 7 day cruise Western Caribbean cruise that departed on March 5, 2017.
Overall, we were pleased with the cabin, public rooms and service on this cruise. The staff were friently and accommodating. The ship itself is beautiful and spacious. Both the cabin and public rooms were kept clean at all times. Entertainment was OK. Nightly shows veried from great to mediocre. Same with musical acts in the various lounges. The food in the main dining room and Ocean View cafeteria was consistently good.
The embarkation process was very smooth and fast. Because of a late flight home, we took a shore excursion in Fort Lauderdale upon disembarkation. After leaving customs, we had to wait nearly an hour for our bus for the tour. This is the only part of the whole cruise where we were not satisfied. There vneeds to be better co-ordination between the cruise line and the tour operator. Also, since the tour bus was taking us to the airport, the cruise line should consider taking our luggage directly to the tour bus.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)
We took a cab to 7 mile beach and returned to the ship by foot. The beach is great. Very crowed at the hotels but if you walt 15 minutes, you can find more peaceful spots to swin and sunbathe.
Cozumel
We just took a cab into town, shooped a bit and walked back to the ship. Town was clean and safe.
Falmouth
We just wandered around the historic town of Falmouth. Relaxing and interesting. We met some local tourist officials who gave us a private guided tour which we enjoyed. I feel we lucked out on that trip due to that local, personal connection.
