We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. The embarkation process was the easiest we have ever encountered. Our cabin exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious in the main dining room but our favorite was the Italian restaurant. The entertainment was professional, fun and creative. Our tour guides in each country were very knowledgeable. Every excursion was well planed. We loved the headsets that were provided by the cruise line enabling us to hear every word of our guides. The ballet we attended in St. Petersburg was a highlight of the cruise. When we were late coming back form Berlin the cruise line kept the dining room open so that we could have a scrumptious dinner. The staff were so friendly and took very good care of us. I enjoyed the massage at the spa and the staff their was so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely will sail again with Viking.
