We chose the one week of the year that we were stuck mostly inside. I very, very much dislike cig smoke and found we had to completely avoid the casino area as well as one side of deck 11. Even on deck 5 when you got to the stairway, it was horribly smoky.

The food was good for the most part. Our waitress in the dining room, Gloria, was amazing. She was so fun and professional. We did not chose to participate in the specialty dining. A big turn off was all the hard selling for the specialty dining. EVERY time you came on board, EVERY time you went anywhere and EVERY time you went to eat, you were being hard sold too!!

Embarking was easy, but disembarking was not so smooth. We waited an extra 45 minutes (at least), then to get our bags was a nightmare!! Then during our wait for our Lyft ride, my husband needed to use the restroom. He said it was a port a potty that hadn't been cleaned in 3 years. I find this ridiculous. Everything else had been cleaned continuously.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Very nice cabin, but for most of the cruise, we were unable to use our balcony due to the high winds and spray from the high seas. The one day that we could use the balcony, it was so nice!!

Port Reviews

San Juan

We took a private taxi on a tour of the island and loved it!

St. Maarten

We did the shopping experience in St. Maarten. My Mom bought a very expensive replacement for her wedding band for their 60th Anniversary and before 24 hours were over, one of the diamonds had fallen out.

We again took a private taxi to tour the island. It was a good time!
