This is our last cruise with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
Embarkation - RCCL had only 2 lines taking photos of 2,200+ passengers. And of course the Emerald and Diamond cruisers were allowed onboard first before any others - which meant probably 1,000+ people had to wait. RCCL could have easily used additional stalls, there were units available but they choose to have only 2 stalls operating. Very Poor! Ship had to return back to port due to medical emergency. 75% of the cruise were Seniors.
Cabin - Heavy wear and tear throughout stateroom. Worn cabinets, stains on the carpet. Bathroom was too small & had odor several days as well as odor in hallway. We complained but nothing was done. Mattress was heavily used and woke up several mornings sore. Pillows were like cracker pillows - gave headache on 4 different mornings. Our attendant Clinton forgot to put sheets on our bed 2 nights - Very Poor!
Heavily wear and tear throughout cabin. Mattress were poor, pillows gave headaches. Carpet not clean. Bathroom and hallway had odor several days. Something is definitely wrong with the plumbing for sewer odors to be present. Attendant tried his best but 2 nights he forgot to put sheets on the bed.
