This Cruise was part of a longer tour of Patagonia. The ship is great. Three lounges in addition to the dining room, and an open bar all the time. Very pleasant and comfortable.

The stars of this cruise are the expedition staff. We went ashore on zodiacs five times. They prepared us well with lectures beforehand, were extremely safety conscious in transferring mostly older clients, and were extremely knowledgeable about the natural history and environment. But this cruise would have been wonderful even if one stayed aboard.

Breakfast and lunch were buffets with themes, and we could always find something we liked. There were two dinner choices plus a vegetarian choice. This wasn't always great. Service was attentive and quick. There is so much to see we were glad to get away from the table.

Cabin Review

Cabin B

This is the lowest cabin category, although I didn't sense much difference between them. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this category. Relatively spacious, good storage, always clean, big window. We were perfectly satisfied with this, and see no reason to upgrade. This is not a cruise where you'll spend time in your cabin.

Port Reviews

Punta Arenas

This is where we embarked. Had to bus in groups down the pier. Slow!

Ushuaia (Tierra del Fuego)

This is where we got off. Quick and easy
