Cruised on Mariner July 19th with my wife and no kids. We are in our mid 50's and this was our 4th RCL cruise. I will skip all the stuff that other's have talked about and just get to the details that may not have been mentioned lately:

We both agreed that the service was outstanding both in our cabin and in the dining room. Every single RCL person we came in contact with were friendly and helpful...to the point that even though we have never had a bad experience on our past cruises, the service on this cruise was the best!

We both thought that the food was really good. So good that we ate in the dining room all 7 nights and decided to forgo the specialty (Cops and Portofino's)rooms. We both thought that the portions were maybe a little smaller than previous cruises, but there was never any problem of ordering more...including the Lobsters! Our head water came over every single night asking how things were going...never had that happen before.
