We chose this trip as the dates coincided with our time, plus it offer free alcoholic beverages and gratuities were paid by NCL. The shows were good and there were many choices where to eat. The restaurant off the casino was open 24 hours. I am an avid cruiser and was not accustomed to making reservations for shows, this was a bit weird as we didn't know what we would want to do on specific days. Service on the pool deck was poor, had to wait a long time for drinks when they were busy. Our room steward was very good, took care of our requests timely. Down side is the style of the cabins. There is no bathroom per se. you have a glass enclosed toilet on one side and the shower on the other so you cannot have guests in your room if you're showering. Plus the beds are extremely short, my husband is 6' and his fee were hanging off the bed. Never had a problem with the other 4 cruise lines I've used.

I've traveled on Holland, Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Princess and I have NEVER slept in a bed so short. My husband is 6' and he was hanging off the bed a bit. Our friend was 6'4" and slept horrible. I didn't like the shower, toilet set up, bad idea. If you're other ships are like this we probably won't cruise with NCL again:-(
