Booked this cruise through Casino at Seat so got a decent deal. Will NEVER go on this ship again or any that are this big. Between 2 pools, capacity was 108! This hip has 4200 people aboard! YOU do the math! On Sea days could never get anywhere near the pool let alone get a chaise lunge on pool deck or sun decks. Supposedly no saving of loungers but people did it anyway. A fight broke out when someone moved towels and sat on loungers. NO where was it made clear that you should book the Levity entertainment as soon as you get on ship. Not on website, not in any documents for cruise, not anywhere. So we did not attend any Levity entertainment. We got on in the second group, so probably would have gotten any show we wanted, IF we had known. it is NOT anytime dining, unless you make a reservation! First night we ate at specialty dining @ Cagney's was GREAT. Second night went down to the Manhattan dining room at 6:25 and was told it would be 45-60 min wait unless we had reservations. Went and checked the other 2 dining rooms-same thing! So we learned we had to make reservations 2-3 days before you want to go! SO IT IS NOT ANYTIME DINING, YOU DO HAVE TO PLAN AHEAD.

The staff aboard the ship were outstanding! Everyone was friendly and helpful to the max! the superficiality ding was great also.

Whoever designed this ship, should be fired!
