It was completely underwhelming. The cabin was nice and the staff for the most part were amazing. I am sad to say that I had a VERY unpleasant experience with a staff member while leaving the ship on a day we were at port. The staff member had me retake my picture because my hair was longer than what I had uploaded originally but then proceeded to LAUGH at me the next day because he thought it was funny for some reason that I had to retake my picture. He made me feel embarrassed that the entire situation occurred. I was not able to get his name to report him to guest services. There were also Deck officers who pushed my SO out of the way one day because she was looking at the options in the Windjammer and they seemed to be in a rush. They were very rude about the entire situation.
The food was alright. Windjammer was not as good as I was expecting. There were multiple times that I had something on my plate that I could not finish because the taste was making my stomach turn. The main dining room dinners were very good for the most part. There was one thing in particular that a few of my dinner mates and I found to be inedible. For those wondering it was the Pork Taco starter with the pork crackling being the inedible part of the meal. It was mixed in with the tacos and as hard as a rock.
Also, our main waitress Alvira was amazing and very on top of things except for when one of my dinner mates bit into a piece of pineapple which she is allergic to and had warned Alvira about beforehand. Alvira was definitely worried but did not seem to want to fix her mistake besides bringing out a different dish.
The cabin was a very nice size. My SO and I did not feel cramped at all and we spent a nice chunk of time in the stateroom. The balcony helped with making it feel bigger.
It was basically a huge highway and if you don't buy a taxi or have a ride there is nowhere to go near the port.
Nassau is nice but a lot of people in your face
