friends were booked on this cruise. it was out of new Orleans. boarding was a nightmare, gangway was down, I know not carnivals fault, all I heard. waited for hours, port staff and cruise staff not well trained at handling such situations. good things about the cruise, the food, cabin, not much else. won't get my money again. cove balcony was nice, clean, sreward nice. comedy show was good, waiter in there kinda pushy.buffet usually crowded. could not get chair at pools, people were allowed to save them. too much smoking and drunks around. not much security or customer service around. excursions were okay. we did shore excusioneers in montego bay(sunscape splash), just walked around in grand cayman, did carnival deluxe beach cattamarin in Cozumel. getting off the ship ,Disembarkation was half day event, we were zone 26, didn't get off ship til almost nine, line just bogged down before customs. going to customer relations was hassle, always crowded, looking at acct. on tv was kinda of hard to understand, still looking for my onboard credit.
