We have had 6 cruises on Royal Caribbean,on 5 ships and are now Diamond Members of Crown & Anchor. We have enjoyed every cruise. Our latest cruise on Ovation from Sydney to Singapore was no exception unfortunately certain areas were not up to Standard. We met some fantastic people on this cruise.
The ship is new and really beautiful - missing a few favourites like; the large Royal Promenade; Café Promenade was very small; almost No Duty Free, expensive and no Johnny Rockets to mention just a few things.
Specialty Dining - We eat in Chops Grill - good standard; Jamie's Italian - very poor food - we were very disappointed; Wonderland the BEST dining experience on any RCCL ship we have experienced - just in front of Chef's Table.
Cabin Review
Deluxe Obstructed Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony
Our Cabin was excellent, very spacious; nice decor; plenty of storage for 2; and easy to recharge phones etc.
Bathroom was very good and shower had plenty of space. Gone are sliding doors.
Our room attendant Angelito Escalante was great. Towel displays, the best - legs coming
out of toilet seat with shoes on and a crocodile waiting at the door - very creative
