We booked with Jetline cruises as they offer some great packages (this one was 3 days Niagara 3 days New York 7 day cruise. Cruise part was fab as always with NCL - very relaxed. Ship was clean and staff friendly, bar & food service great. Maybe slightly too many people onboard especially when everyone goes to the Garden cafe for lunch on the 1st day. Didn't like having to book for the shows. All other NCL cruises you just turn up and grab a seat but because the theater was smaller and they had some great (popular) shows they required booking. Shows we saw "burn the floor" - went twice!!! and "Rock of Ages". What made things worse was the TV computer system was down so you could book from your room and they didn't answer the phone so you had to queue for 20 mins to book a show. Food as always was fantastic I even managed a 32oz steak in Cagneys the last night. One thing that did upset us a bit was we had a lovely Mini suite and thus got Free Beverages & 3 x specialty dining, however, we where shocked to find out Water isn't included. My wife doesn't drink Alcohol so we couldn't get any sparking water free - I think this is really bad and felt cheated. On the whole though a wonderful cruise. ps Stingray City on Bahamas excursion is fantastic as a trip but Dolphin swim on Balmoral island is a rip off - $129 for the photo/video disc!
