Paradise needs to dry dock this boat immediately. Terrible experience. $25.00 for changing a port is a kick in the teeth. $12.90 for missing the port because of weather was pathetic. 2 engines were down is the cause of not being able to go to Grand Cayman. Having 2 engines down was horrible. They should have just put us all in row boats if we wanted to feel all the waves. It was hard to walk and heels were out of the question unless you wanted to break an ankle. The day we were supposed to dock in Costa Maya we couldn't because the port was closed because of the winds. I get that. But that morning we woke up to no water ship wide! Then when we walked out to go to breakfast and the sewer smell was so over powering to the point you would throw up. Sewer line broke! No compensation for that other than opening all the doors and piping in air freshener to try to cover the smell. Did not work. Brand new luggage was damaged worn through on one side from them dragging or it rubbing on something before it got to the room. Faster to the fun is a joke. Your luggage is supposed to be in your room when you get on. Nope. Lucky if you get it by dinner. When you get off the boat at the end of your cruise you think that this is the first time that they have ever did this. No coordination. If you have a cruise booked on this ship change it to another ship or cancel it.

The cabin was great. Every time you leave your room they come in and tidy up. Freaky but awesome. Babb was great!
