This ship was a huge dissapointment after hearing that Royal Caribbean was a great line. To begin with, you have to ask for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel..they are not automatically put in your cabin. When they run out, you have to ask for replacements. The food was terrible in the main dining room at dinner. In the buffet, there was more choice but still not first class food. The desserts were appetizing and delicious...the main choices were often not well prepared. I lived on the hamburgers which were consistently good. Some of the staff were downright rude. However, there were some delightful crew, I.e. Kamal the cabin steward, Charleen in the buffet, and the young man from Croatia in the dessert area of the buffet.

After having travelled with Holland America, Celebrity and Norwegian, this ship did not compare. No more Royal Caribbean for me.. I will go back to those with better food and where all crew are pleasant.
