This was our 13th cruise with NCL and our 3rd cruise on Epic. The other 2 cruises on Epic were in the Mediterranean, this was our 1st Epic cruise to the Caribbean. We found this cruise to be a quite different. The venues were all a lot more crowded especially O’Sheehans and the main buffet.

Our cabin location on deck 13 was awesome; mid-ship with the extra large angled balcony that allows an amazing view; we spent a lot of time out there! Never been huge fans of the wave cabin layout, especially the horrendous bathroom design, but for two people it’s not that bad - probably crowded for more than two. The bed was comfy but way too short. We prefer the sofa near the balcony model we had on a previous cruise as it seems to give more room to move about.

Our room steward, Susanto, took great care of us for the entire week. No complaints; the cabin was kept well stocked and clean - with a smiling face and cheerful manner at all times. Thanks Susanto!!

Cabin Review

Large Balcony

Cabin B6

Deck 13 Midship Large Angled Balcony with Superior Forward View.

Bed near the balcony was not as roomy as sofa near balcony we had on prior cruise.

Stupid split bathroom layout.

Limited storage - enough for two but crowded for any more that two.

Bed was comfortable but too short.

Port Reviews

Great Stirrup Cay

We had booked a snorkel tour but it was cancelled due to weather. The Captain made a wise decision to call everyone back to the ship and get out of the area early.
