Well, I’ve just come back from a MSC Cruise, to say I was disappointed would be very polite, we sailed from Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yas Island, Qatar, Bahrain and finishing in Dubai on the MSC Fantasia, firstly the locations visited was great Qatar and Bahrain are a must, secondly the ship, the staff at the bars and restaurants are very pleasant, however the staff on the reception and the shops was terrible, we ask the reception if we can get an Wifi package, she said it that fast I asked her to repeat it, we she snapped my head off with an angry torrent of abuse, there shop staff was worse, they just worked off when asked a question and one day waiting be served on guy was on the phone “F-ing and blinding at someone, the food was very, very average, one night in the restaurant I asked for Chicken, well when I say chicken, there was a piece of chicken and a few chips, is this what they call an evening meal, I don’t think so, the ship was that full you couldn’t move with ignorant people pushing and shoving, I can honestly say it was the worst cruise I’ve ever been on and couldn’t wait to get off, having said that there was a lot of people saying that, it was like Butlin’s at sea, no offence to Butlin’s, please, please don’t waste your money, just go with a better cruise company.
