Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

I chose this cruise for my birthday celebration which is why it was 8 day and not the normal week long trip. We left a day early from NS and stayed at the Marriott Hotel overnight. Embarkation was excellent. We arrived around 11:15 AM and breezed through security, check in and walked onto the ship.

The interior décor of the ship is lovely with marble, bright colours and classy furniture. Everything was very clean. Waited in the library after we had lunch since our cabin was not ready until 1 PM.

Was not impressed that this ship does not have a card/game room. Apparently it is supposed to be the library but you certainly could not play games with those big leather chairs and low tables.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Comfortable bed (with extra padding). Not very good pillows. Small shower and bathroom. A/C was very good. Nice balcony. Plenty of storage areas. Very clean.

Port Reviews

Labadee

Barbeque buffet was not hot. Clamshells are now only at the first beach. Otherwise it is a beautiful place to spend the day.

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Marriott Residence Inn. Nice hotel but quite far away from airport and cruise terminal. Nice room and good breakfast.

St. Maarten

Booked a resort for a day at the Sonesta Great Bay. Lovely place.

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

Booked a resort for a day at the Marriott. Lovely place, good beach.
