Freedom review: We choose to fly down 2 nights early and stayed in League city. I got a rental car for the total of 12 days we'd need it and only cost $265 which I felt good because their was four of us and shuttles were already $20 per person. Parked our car at Park and Cruise across the street, which all went fine. I got the 10:30 check in time. I arrived a few minutes before 11. We boarded about 12:15 so not bad. At the port I tried to use my Aarp discounted gift cards and the woman didn't know how to do it(even a manager couldn't do it), so I went to customer service when we first boarded, which was a long line, but they got them to work. I hope that Carnival can figure this out soon. I bought water for our cabin before hand and it was waiting for us. We picked a ocean view room on the bottom floor and in the middle to hopefully help with sea sickness. The seas weren't rough at all and we never really felt sick, only one of my children felt a little sick.

My 10 year old hated camp carnival, I believe it's too young for him and he didn't like the schedule so he only went once. My 12 year old loved Circle C and wanted to go anytime he could. I tried to post pictures of the schedules but I'm not sure how to.

All the employees were great, the best service I ever had on a cruise ship. The food was good, maybe not great , but no complaints.
