Wanted to try ncl. Was told they were good. Found drinks expensive, service slow, dinner service slow in main rooms and overall, really expensive ship.

They did give us great service at dinner after getting mad one night because it took so long causing my wife to not eat and walk out. They sent chocolate covered strawberries to our room and invited us to come for vip service for dinner to make up for it.

It seemed they were charging fees for everything and service charges like crazy. Costed more in extras then any other cruise. Their drink package is more then double our cruise last year and still added tips on top of that. Drinks were hard to get because the bars were under staffed. Read more
