Ship is old and in my opinion should be retired... Cabin was outdated, tiles in shower are falling off the walls and very poor air conditioning. TV might as well have been an old 1970 floor model with very few channels. Reported A/C problem twice, only to be told it was within Carnival's standards. Food was below standard on this cruise. Room service (sandwiches) was the best food we had. Entertainment is the same nightly, and not very entertaining. Service was good, (bartender and steward) Enjoyed Half Moon Cay tremendously, although $7.50 is a bit high for beer. I will never sail on this ship again, and will probably just stick with Norwegian Cruise Lines going forward. Nyoman, our bartender was the highlight of our cruise. Carnival should seriously consider a different approach to disembarkation process. There is no sense in thousands of people standing in their hallway waiting to be called down to exit the ship. They seriously kick you out of your rooms only to stand in hallway with your luggage. This causes many unhappy, and irritable people. Took three hours for us to be called down to disembark.
