Cabin: Balcony
Our first time with Grand Princess and very disappointed due to the following:
· Sailing was delayed by two days, we originally booked to sail on December 20, 2016 and did not sail until Dec 22, 2016
· On the new sailing day Dec 22 we were supposed to depart at 6pm but we were further delayed for another 10 hours, the ship did not sail until Dec 23 at 4:30 AM, further decreasing the number of days we had at sea.

We weren't able to use our balcony due to the unacceptable condition of the carpet and rust chairs and ceiling and corroded pipes.
