This is was only our second cruise with NCL We did the Pride of America Hawaii before. In comparison to that and then going on their largest boat, it seems to lose some of the character. Boat is large and lots to do, but very crowded. Never able to get a lounge chair near pool. Bar seating seemed to be lacking also on crowded nights at the h20 dance club. Drink Package was great, but they work their tails off, and seemed not to happy in their work. Breakfast was the same everyday..like more of a variety. Dinners were good in the restaurants. Adult pool very small. Entertainment was good but need to make reservations. Room was ok...larger boat, less storage. Room cleanliness ok until I discovered a lot of preexisting hair on the floor from not having thorough vacuuming between cruises. I think you lose the service quality with such a large ship. We rarely seen our cabin person and the friendliness in all areas was less than before on a smaller ship.
Very commercialized.
