My daughter got married and as the family traveled from all over the US for it we decided to add a family cruise to have family time where we could be together and not have to be in a hotel and cooking all the time.
Quite honestly we would have been better off with the hotel and cooking. I've never been so disappointed. It took forever to check in, rooms weren't ready, and the food- ugh cold and unappealing in all venues. We had drink packages and getting bar service was impossible. Most bars didn't even have the right ingredients available to make the special drinks they advertised for the day!
Our evening meal....... we had a 1 year old and a 8 year old in the group of 14... we were seated as soon as the dining room opened and the service was so slow we we always the last group to leave.... you would have thought with the really young one with us they would have made sure to get our table quicker service.
very roomy.... balcony was nice... wish it could have connected to the cabin next door to my son and his kids to make baby sitting easier.
As ports go it was fairly easy to get in and out. We had a pick up and drop off at the Double Tree Hotel
We walked up to the fort on the hill past the hospital. It was quite a hike in the heat but doable. The worst part was getting past the grabby vendors in the port area.
