We are not new to cruising. We have been on 4 Royal Caribbean Cruises and a Disney Magic. We joined friends on this cruise. The Atrium was absolutely stunning no ship compared. Now to our Stateroom, Emerald 202. I personally chose the deluxe balcony un-obstructed view because it was advertised as having 305 sq.ft. I was so disappointed in the cabin size. It felt like the smallest cabin we had every been on with the smallest balcony. Our friends said it had a larger bathroom but I would have rather had a smaller bathroom with a larger stateroom and larger balcony.
My suggestions were as follows for future designs in cruise ships.
NO coffee pots in the room and is so needed. Had to go to the 16 floor to get morning coffee.
Very tiny where was the 305 sq ft? Clean, great movie selection. I was always cold at night, we needed a blanket or another extra comforter.
The towels were horrible. Dingy, were worn out. What was Princess thinking by presenting worn out towels to us after what we paid for the cruise.
Beach towels that were striped also presented old and faded.
Replace yours towels more ofter. I would have never, ever had towels hanging in my bathrooms that looked that old. I realize how many people you book but really???? that was not in good tasted. Spend some of our money on better quality towels and newer towels. Please read my review. I took time to write this and during my cruise I thought about each item that I was happy or unhappy with. I hope this review helps other cruisers and also helps Princess.
