"Gimmick" Of The Seas.... DO NOT BOOK THIS CRUISE!!!

Review for Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Ovation of the Seas

We originally went on Ovation 28th Feb 2017 (4 weeks ago) because it was a Royal Caribbean ship and a family member who had just returned from a cruise on "Freedom Of The Seas" (RC) said that the food was fantastic, the entertainment was fantastic, etc.

My partner and I were so excited we booked the trip 2 weeks before departure date. Being a new ship with all the activities etc, we thought it would be an even better experience than they had! NOT SO, NOT EVEN CLOSE!

We were told on the website to book any restaurant, entertainment or activity that we wished to do before we got on the ship only to find out everything had already been booked, we decided to stay positive and assume that we could book when we got onto the ship.
