This was our first cruise on RCCI. We have previously cruised on Carnival and HAL.

Embarkation was horrible. We entered the cruise port and checked in. I thought it was strange that they didn't take our pictures. We were seated and waited and waited. When we finally we called to board, it was still a long line and realized that there was only 2 webcams for 2200 people. Not an impressive beginning.

The cabin, an oceanview, was fine, lots more storage than we have had in the past. Cabin attendant, Eliane, was fantastic. But no robes, no chocolates, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, and only 4 towel animals in 10 days. Also the cylindrical shower took some getting used to, very small, lots of water spraying while adjusting the water temperature, very short clothes line.
