A group of gals were celebrating birthdays and they chose the cruise. The entire experience was very disappointing from the booking agents who didn't want to help you because they didn't originally book the cruise ( even though our agent left) as they weren't getting a commission. Then I upgraded my cabin from a forwarded email from another one of the gals and found out a few days before that I didn't get the upgrade even though I paid for it and they were not going to give it to me because the email was forwarded. My friend lost her room and it took way too many hours over 3 days arguing to get it back. My money was returned but it was most unpleasant. People checking you in on the dock couldn't answer basic questions we had about the cruise.
None of the bartenders smiled at you nor did they make you feel welcome. Too many restaurants serve the same menu. Food was ok not fabulous.
A couple of ports were manufactured for tourists only........so you were trapped.
Photos reveal queen beds.........no twin beds. Not clean enough and steward never listened to requests until next to last day. Found underwear on a shelf from someone else.
Tourist trap area so nothing of interest to see.
Manufactured as tourist trap..............
Boarding went fairly smoothly.
