This is our fifth NCL cruise. Being that we've always enjoyed NCL in the past, I didn't read any reviews about this particular ship before booking it. Therefore, I was surprised at the bathroom layout! I won't describe it again since everyone else already has. But I will say that the arrangement, while annoying, does not detract from the ship or the ports. Our itinerary was for Great Stirrup Cay, Ocho Rios Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. The ports were fantastic. We booked an early tender time for GSC and were on the island by 8:30-front row of beach chairs were ours for the taking. They've improved it since last we were there. I could look at that water all day. Gorgeous.

Our shore excurisions were all great-go to Passion Island in Cozumel if you get the chance-not crowded, soft white sand, all-inclusive drinks, good food, and beautiful water.

I see a lot of people writing about how bad the disembarkation process is, and that's what compelled me to write this. It's not NCL's fault-Port Canaveral is shrouded in fog some mornings, as it was the morning we got off. That caused a delay. The port is very crowded-3 ships at once. Our lines were no longer than my friend who was getting off the Disney Fantasy at the same time. She texted me to ask about our delays-they were in the same boat. After a week's vacation in beautiful ports, it wasn't too much of an inconvience to stand there and wait for immigration to check you through. First world problems.

Family Inside

Cabin I1

This is the downside-poorly lit and strange layout of bathroom.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Not a great place to disembark as it's crowded. Not a fault of NCL-just poor layout and long immigration lines.

Great Stirrup Cay

Beautiful beach-not crowded-good buffet...great for sunbathing and enjoying the water and relaxing.
