This was my second time on the Grandeur and it was better than the first. We live in Baltimore so getting to and from the port was a breeze. We left Baltimore a few hours late due to the weather and I would rather be safe and comfortable. Our room steward Ricardo was great. The 2nd day of the cruise was Valentine's Day and my boyfriend proposed at Chops with a little help from the staff. Our waiter Prinston was personable and we even requested him as our waiter the next time we were there. Chops is worth the visit. The food was fantastic and everything we ordered was delicious. We also ate at Izumi and the sushi was fresh. The other meals were eaten in the Windjammer. I enjoyed the variety of the food and the friendly staff. Everyone made you feel welcome and got to know you even when they saw you outside of the WJ. Melroy was great and personable.

My fiancée spent time in the casino and the Casino Manager and staff made gambling fun!

Jayne the Port Shopping Guide loved to talk, but it made her programs exciting! Bobby was a great Cruise Director and you could tell he had a performance background. I really enjoyed his tribute to the veterans. The sushi making class was fun and worth the price, because you ate your creations for lunch.
