Two weeks in Feb 2017, including Valentine's Day and President's Day holidays.
As many probably know, there are parents that turn their angel children loose on board ships, while they drink cocktails elsewhere. This leaves the kids full reign to take over the whole ship and even run stomping through the hallways during sleeping hours. Loads of kids allowed to sit in first few Princess Theater rows alone, even though announcements were made to the contrary. They certainly took over the pools and were spotted using the adult only pool spa as well, and apparently no monitoring from staff even. No, the kids do not have the rights, it really should be the adults paying the bills that have the rights. We have vowed never, ever to go on Ruby Princess again and will tell you why...
We have been on many, many Princess cruises and Ruby felt like a cheaper cruise line this time. There were noticeable cut-backs in service, food, entertainment, and music & dancing. Forget sending letters to the appropriate staff, either no timely response or a canned response that offers no real accommodation.
