Been on over 45 cruises - am diamond + on Royal. Had so many bad issues on this cruise. Windjammer was horrible. Always congested and lack of food on three different visits. Was traveling with four small children so very hard to find food/milk for them. BEWARE - your account balance/onboard credit may be different on inroom tv from what guest services records show. Don't know if it's a scam on their part to get you to spend money or if it's a glitch in their system. They could not explain. Our Diamond + internet credits were not loaded on our seapasses. Overall, crew was not friendly (except housekeeping staff - they were great). Crew was also were unable to address our problems and really did not seem to care. Kids program was generally good but there are very few activities to do as a family. Could have been some more movies, family karaoke, dance parties, etc.

Too bad that the operation of this ship is so poor because it is a beautiful ship. Windjammer is poorly designed so you're either walking into people or poles. This happened at every visit, no matter the time of day.

Cabin Review

Central Park View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin C1

Was good but not enough counter space.

Port Reviews

Labadee

Spent a wonderful day on the suite beach. Food was great, beach was clean but somewhat rocky.

San Juan

Couldn't get off the ship until after 1:30 pm and was there until after dark. Would have been much better to have gotten there in the am and spent hours of daylight.

St. Maarten

Beautiful port but is getting a little pricey.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Awful! Port was so backed up at 11:00. Took almost an hour to get in and park.
