Pre & post tour transfers & hotels were, as usual, excellent. Maybe Princess should take notes on how to handle their most valued assets, (their customers) from these organizations!

It all started off on the wrong foot - embarkation. Herded like cattle through, what seemed like, endless lines before actual entry into the embarkation chamber. And of course, being a Platinum member, we expected, and were told, that we would have priority boarding.

Lie #1. The process was, stand in line, and wait your turn! Once this procedure was completed, wait again for close to 15 mins. before clearing security.
