The help was extremely hard working, racing around trying to serve you. But obviously understaffed for a ship carrying over 4,000 guests. Dining room staff was wonderful, racing around, trying to get you your food asap. But they just could not keep up. They felt awful about the wait and kept apologizing. The other food lines had the same issue. Poor guys kept apologizing to us.

The pool was dirty. I noticed green algae ( I think it was algae) all around the rim of the pool. And you could see a green substance floating across the pool.

Also,there did not seem to be waiter service on some decks. Even the most populated main level around the pool had sparse waiters. Again, woefully understaffed. Read more
