Sail Date: Feb 2017
Traveled with children

We travelled to the Caribbean for 2 weeks 2 adults , 1 nine year old in Feb 17. This was our first cruise. Following long journey embarkation well organised. You don't go through Barbados customs, you get on a bus straight to the ship.

We did not opt for a cabin upgrade and glad we did not pay the extra. We only spent time in the room to sleep and shower. The room was spacious enough with sufficient storage space.

We had the all inclusive drinks package. We are not huge drinkers so unsure if it was actually work spending that money seeing as we were off ship every day.

Cabin Review

Cabin Inside deck 3

Plenty of storage space and comfortable bed. Did not upgrade as was only used to sleep and shower. Very clean and bed made daily and turned down each evening. Beach towels replaced daily .

Port Reviews

Curacao

My beautiful island. We took a taxi to a beach with wondeful snorkelling .

Bonaire

Take a water taxi to klein beach which is on the port. $20 per person , children half price. Nothing on the island, the most amazing snorkelling . Take water / drinks/food with you.

Aruba

Taxi to the beautiful eagle beach will take 20 minutes. Nothing there so go into hotels on the other side if you want a drink. Sun beds expensive . Poor snorkelling . Lovely beach but little to do .

Barbados

We went to the boatyard and had a great day. Get a taxi to the boat yard.costs $20 per person to enter . Free sun bed/shade, one drink, wifi, sea inflatables for kids to jump around on, boat trip out to swim with turtles . A great time had!

Bequia

We walked to st Margaret's bay which was lovely to chill on the beach. If you cannot walk far (15 minutes lovely walk along the coast) you can get a water taxi. They sell a mean rum punch on the beach.
