I don't usually write vacation reviews, but I do read them often before booking trips. I wanted to write this review because I did see some bad reviews for Grand Celebration before going on this cruise. My wife and I have cruised 5 other time son Carnival and Royal Caribbean and we "won" this cruise by answering a 3 questions survey over the phone. I assume this is a gimmick just to fill the ship during slower times. I did a little research and talked to a friend who has been on the cruise before paying $120 for the "free" cruise.

I expected a mediocre experience given the price, but we were pleasantly surprised with a great 2-day get away that overall was a better experience than our other 3-day short Cruise we had recently went on with royal Caribbean. My rating below summarize my overall experience, but the one negative was that we had to drive to the welcome center in fort lauderdale to get a voucher prior to going to the port and the voucher was never used during registration at the port.

Quick summary comparing quality with the larger cruise lines:

Hello AdamfromNY, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear everything was up to par, if not better then your past travels. Many passengers agree with you, our cabins are very roomy....
