THis was our 3rd cruise with RC and it everything was not quite as good as previous.

The positives: Junior suite on 9th floor was worth the extra $, 300sf vs 200 sf and very adequate storage space. The layout of the Windjammer Cafe was better with separate areas instead of one big room. Dinner food quality and service was good, portions sometimes were small but servers gracioiusly provided additional selections. The entertainment on full production nites were excellent.

Negatives: The formal nite dress code was a joke, they allowed t-shirts and shorts. Personally I would forget formal nites or reduce from 2 to 1. The traffic flow thru the ship was always congested, it is the first time I had to always walk thru a busy casino instead of around it. The smoking areas in the casino and next to the pool was a big negative for us.
