We wanted to try a "themed" cruise. This was #8 for us. We LOVED the music onboard. The ship left much to be desired. As it was a 5 day/one day in port cruise it was a very long week on a very small OLD IN NEED OF REFURB ship. Our emergency deck was deck 8. It was so difficult to find your way from AFT to Mid Ships that we decided if there was an emergency we would be better off donning life jackets in cabin on DECK 11 & jumping off the balcony. Everything about the ship felt old & used. We don't do formal nights or appreciate formal meals but the one night in the dining room was made up of tough fish in one color sauce with the same color veg and tasteless. BEST steak at Cagney's steak house the first night outside of that cafeteria food.Public rooms were nice but everything felt tired & worn. Sat for 4 hours at a table on aft deck at bar the day we were in port no one every asked me if I wanted a drink it was odd. Yet the ship was empty and they laid out the food line that was right next to me that afternoon. The ship experience on NCL was our first with them, we were looking forward to it and were miserably let down. Survey for 6thman we both mentioned that we wouldn't do it again unless they used a different ship or better yet, skip the ship, go to a resort!

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Needs to be refurbishment. The bathroom & storage were the best bits. The room felt used. Everything was subpar. I kept throwing the runner off of the bed, it was dirty & skeeved us out! Staff was great but I don't think they could keep up. Narrow passageways, dark, dingy & over used.
