This cruise we traveled with 10 adults (all couples) ranging in age from late 20's to 30's. I myself am a loyal Royal cruiser. This being my 10th with them. Our group also consisted of a few first time cruisers. I read reviews for months and months about this ship trying to find the pro's and con's, what to do, not to do etc. I was surprised at the amount of negative reviews and was some what worried, especially about being on a large over crowded ship since I had never been on any Oasis class before this. First I have to start with saying, i was shocked how great it was. A few hiccups here and there but i'm convinced some people want to find something to complain about. We spent a lot of money on this cruise and the bar was set high. ON TO THE DETAILS..
Everyone in our group had a different stateroom- oceanview, boardwalk balcony, central park balcony and junior suite oceanview. I have nothing negative to say about any room- if you've been on another Royal Caribbean ship before you know what to expect. Boardwalk is much nosier than Central Park if you are contemplating between either of those for a balcony.
The ship NEVER felt crowded. Freedom class ships are way worse. I was in shock. Getting on the ship was flawless. 15 min tops. (i even thought to myself, was is going on?) We never waited in a line the entire week for anything. This ship had much better service than others. The employees were very friendly and always willing to help.
